THE STORY BEGINS...

On 1st of May 2008, me and a friend (Omel) went to Port Dickson to ease our mind while fishing in Marina Lagoon. It was a splendid 3 days vacation cos we have a chance to talk about our career plan and our future, it was very relaxing eventhough thru out the vacation we only caught a fish, hehehe.. On our way back, we stopped by at Port Dickson Mini Zoo, me and Omel has been animals lover since we were kids. It was a very simple zoo runs by a family. What caught our attention was they have guinea fowls and quite other few game birds.

When we get back in KL, we start searching information of Guinea Fowl and how we can breed it so that everybody can "taste" this very exquisite taste of this special game bird. The search for this game birds is endless, and along the way we met new friends that share same compassions. On 11th June 2008, the 1st batch of guinea keets arrive in BinDim Farm (BD Farm) in Pontian, Johor together with 8 poultes. This is a pilot project and i dont even tell my mum about the arrival of these birds.. hehehe... btw BD farm is own by me and my brother (Abdul Kadir @ Kadir Belanda).

To date, BD Farm has more than 250 turkeys and arnd 50 guinea fowls, we also raised ayam kampung & Ayam Kabir, we are targeting of supplying at least 300 birds per month starting from June 2010. Other than poultry, we also have 4 ponds of catfish, 4 ponds of ikan puyu, and 2 ponds of ikan haruan in our humble BinDim Farm...

Cerita Pasal Benih Ikan

Assalam..

Kat gambar ni sebenarnya aku nk tunjuk anak ikan puyu yg baru masuk, kolam yg ni kami masukkan 3000 ank puyu, kecik sgt kot (1-1.5 inci) so tak nmpk oleh mata kasar korang, hehehe...

apa yg aku nk cerita ialah pengalaman kitaorg masa mula2 nk beli anak benih ni. Biasa la aku ni forumer tetap kat BJ, nama aku kat BJ ialah dnoul. So bila nk beli apa2 mengenai pertanian biasa mmg kami akan tanye forumer BJ. Nak di jadikan cerita berkenalan la dgn sorang forumer bernama Millionaire in the Future, dia ni mmg baik n mmg nak olong pengusaha baru la agaknya.. kami ni pulak lurus bendul dan ikut cakap dia. Mamat ni mmg dulu selalu lepak kat forum ikan, ayam belanda dan ayam kg, tp skrg seolah menyepi tanpa berita.

So kami pun berjumpa la di Gelang Patah dan order benih dari dia. Oleh kerana aku kurang rajin nk check dgn supplier lain kami pun trs je bayar duit dan tggu benih utk dihantar ke BinDim Farm. Nak tau dia charge bape? 17 sen utk benih keli (2.5 inci), 23 sen utk benih puyu (1-1.5 inci). Mahalkan??? tu lah pengajaran pertama yg kami dapat dlm mengusahakan penternakan ikan ni, huhuhu.. harga market benih ikan di johor actually utk benih keli ialah 10sen (3 inci) dan 15 sen benih puyu ukuran 1-1.5 inci...

Jadi, bagi pengusaha baru tolong check betul2 kalau nk beli benih ikan, ni kami baru story pasal harga, belum cerita pasal kualiti benih dan juga kadar kematian masa sampai ladang. If sapa2 nk beli benih puyu pun kami di BinDim Farm boleh supply. Call saja saya (0176931695) atau pun abg saya Kadir 0177050113. Untuk ank benih puyu harga cuma 13 sen sekor (1-1.5 inci) bg order 10k ekor ke bwh, dan 12 sen bagi order lebih 10k ekor. Kami akan hantar benih terus ke kolam anda.
